Our forensic staff have been qualified as experts in criminal, juvenile, educational, and family law proceedings. They have also testified as an expert in administrative hearings, including appeals for state services and release back into the community after commitment.

Meet Our Expert
Skylee Campbell, Ph.D.
Dr. Campbell is licensed as a clinical psychologist in Maryland, DC and Virginia.
Her job duties include both forensic and psychological assessments, such as psychological evaluations and transfer-waiver assessments for the Department of Juvenile Services, psychological and neuropsychological evaluations ordered by the Department of Social Services, as well as additional referrals for psychological and/or neuropsychological evaluations for adolescents and adults with a variety of reasons for referral.
